Love this store, but...
I use a walker and was only able to access half of the store due to very narrow aisles because of merchandise on the floor. When I mentioned this at check out, I got a flippant “Oh, yeah, sorry about that.” I would rather have heard “I AM sorry. Did you see something I could bring to you?”
