The public restrooms exist, but depending on where you park you have to know where to go! There are 2 elevators to get to the second story on the west side of the mall. The biggest accessibility issue we saw was that many of the smaller stores did not leave enough space in their aisles for my wheelchair to pass. Also, navigating this mall can be a challenge because it is very big.
